As a licensed Broker and Realtor® I represent both buyers and sellers. I primarily work with investors who want to build a successful real estate portfolio. I pride myself on my ability to present key opportunities and deals to my clients before they hit the open market and before other agents or investors learn of them. My passion is building long-term profitable relationships with my clients. My goal is to work with like-minded individuals pursuing similar life goals.

In 2005, I co-founded Dream Design Realty (ddR), with my first real estate clients, to provide licensed Realtors® a better way to do business. After five years of working as a Realtor® for other brokerages I realized there was a need to better support and train Realtors so that, in return, they could better serve clients. Because of this, I branched out on my own to create a business modeled on our client needs, wants and expectations. At ddR, the client comes first.

I am a member or San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR) and am a committee member of the SDAR Systems Information Committee.

I enjoy running and recently completed the Honolulu Marathon. I also enjoy yoga, meditation and reading.

As the in-house interior designer, I bring my knowledge of color, space planning and innovative products to the home buying process. Your home should be personal expression and I enjoy helping my clients develop a design that is a true reflection.  Building a relationship is essential to helping you realize your dream home – that is why I focus on making sure I understand your needs and making the design process fun!

Design is also essential when selling your home. Along with my husband, Drew, we will give you the “tricks of the trade” that you need to know to sell your home for top dollar.

Upon receiving my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the FIDER accredited Design Institute of San Diego; I’ve worked in commercial and residential design. I worked at a firm, focusing on the high-end corporate market, but I really came to life when I began working for myself with residential clients. My passion is creating residential interiors using the latest materials and concepts from the commercial design world. The result is a unique, comfortable environment that is current, but never trendy.
